- What are additional charges?
If you use add-ons or services not included in your rate plan, you'll see additional charges. This could include additional voice stacks and data stacks, long distance and roaming charges.

- What is the Spending Protection Program?
The SPP helps you manage your billed and unbilled charges at no cost to you. Designed with protection in mind, you have a $250 limit (per customer) so that you will never experience a huge bill. As you approach your limit, you will receive two advanced warnings, once at 70% & once at 85%. If you ever require more credit on the account, simply make a payment on the account that exceeds the balance to open up the available credit.\
When you reach your spending limit, your service will be suspended. At this point, you’ll only be able to call 911 and *611. Please keep in mind that if you are roaming and using voice services, these records are not received by PC mobile in real time, so these charges will not impact your spending protection limit until the records are received and processed. In this situation, you will be responsible for roaming-related overages over the $250 limit.
- What do I do if I get a 100% notification?
When you hit you hit your spending protection limit, only your chargeable services are suspended. For example, you can still use your in-rate plan minutes and data, unlimited evenings and weekends & unlimited text. However, you will need to make a payment in order to use any chargeable services. Check your account at Self Serve or by calling 1-855-660-3355 or *611 on your PC mobile phone to connect to the IVR for the required payment amount. Make a payment by credit card and once the payment is made, it may take up to 24 hours before you can start using your PC mobile phone again.
- What happens if I exceed my limit?
You won't be able to receive calls and you'll only be able to make calls to 911 and *611. Service will be restored only after PC mobile receives your payment. Call PC mobile to make a payment or to notify us of a payment you've already made.
- What if I get suspended?
If your service is suspended due to non payment, you won’t be able to receive calls and you will only be able to make calls to *611 and 911. Service will be restored only after we receive the required payment. A $35 reconnection charge will be applied to your account. Once payment is made, the restoration of service can take up to 24 hours.
