- Where can I purchase a PC mobile phone?
You can purchase a PC mobile phone at The Mobile Shop (a full-serve kiosk at participating Loblaws Inc. stores). For a list of kiosks nearest you, click here.
- Can I return my phone?
If for some reason you aren't happy with your PC mobile phone, you can return it in its original condition with all packaging and parts, along with a copy of your receipt within 14 days for a full refund at The Mobile Shop (for a list of kiosk locations, click here). The device must be free of inflicted damage or signs of abuse. Any other charges, however, will be your responsibility.
- What is your 14-day money back guarantee?
If for some reason you're not happy with your phone in the first 14 days of purchase, you can return the phone (in its original condition with all packaging and parts; and the original receipt) to The Mobile Shop. The phone must be free of inflicted damages or signs of abuse. You'll receive the amount you paid for the phone, but any applicable charges prior to return including rate plan fee, overage, long distance or roaming charges are not refundable. Accessories are not eligible for returns or refunds unless they're defective.
- Do you perform a credit check?
Yes, a credit check is required for all new customers where activation is subject to credit approval and will be completed at The Mobile Shop (for a list of kiosk locations, click here).
In order to complete your credit check, a Mobile Advisor will need two pieces of identification from you:
- Either your Social Insurance Number or driver's license (Social Insurance Number is optional but preferred)
