- How can I pay my bill?
With PC mobile you've got a few ways to arrange or make a payment. You can use your credit card via Self Serve to make a one-time payment or set up preauthorized credit card payment. You can also call *611 or 1-855-660-3355; or pay at most financial institutions.
- How do I read the charges on my bill?
You may be pleasantly surprised by the amount on your first monthly bill, as we only charge in arrears. This means your bill includes only charges up to your first billing date; you'll see a partial charge for your plan and add-ons for the days prior to your billing date. These partial charges will appear anytime you change plans or Add-ons

- What can I expect on my first bill?
Your bill includes only charges up to your first billing date. All services will be billed in arrears. This means you'll see a partial charge for your plan and add-ons for the days prior to your bill date. You'll see partial charges on your bill anytime you change plans or add-ons.
Your next invoice will better reflect your ongoing monthly charges.
Other common items you'll see listed on your bill:
ITEM AMOUNT Device Balance Your current Device Balance based on the discount you received for your device. Partial monthly rate plan charge Includes the days from the activation date to the first bill cycle close date. Monthly rate plan charge (Billed in Arrears) Monthly charge for the rate plan chosen. Partial allotment of included airtime Included airtime is prorated.
If you don't see a section listed on your bill, it means you didn't use any of those billable service types.
- What does additional usage mean?
If you use services that are not included in your rate plan or add-ons, you will see additional charges as well. This could include additional voice stacks and data stacks, long distance, roaming charges or text messages.
Log in to your PC mobile account to track your usage and view billing.
- What is a re-connection fee?
If you wish to reconnect your account after your account has been suspended, you will be charged $35 for reconnecting.
- What is my Device Balance?
Your Device Balance is the fee you're required to pay if you want to upgrade or renew your device balance before the end of your service term. The Device Balance is based on the discount you originally received for your device, and decreases every month over the length of your service term. At the end of your service term, the Device Balance is $0.
Starting Device Balance
The Starting Device Balance is the discount you originally received for your device when you signed your service term.
Last Month's Balance
The Device Balance that appeared on your previous month's bill.
Over the length of your contract, PC mobile automatically reduces your Device Balance each month by a set amount. This "monthly credit" is equal to your original device discount divided by the number of months in your contract. At the end of your service term, the Device Balance is $0.
Current Device Balance
The fee you're required to pay if you want to upgrade or renew your device now. This amount is also used to determine costs for cancellation.
- How does a change to my service affect my bill?
When you request a change to your rate plan or services, the change takes effect almost immediately and we adjust your monthly bill accordingly. You will see the following line items associated with this change on your next bill:
- A partial credit that covers the period when your previous rate plan or service selection was not being used.
- A partial fee for the period you are on the new rate plan/service for the current month.
- The regular monthly charge for the new rate plan/service selected.
NOTE: Your airtime, data and text messaging allotment are also prorated.
- When do I need to make a payment?
Payments to your PC mobile account must be made:
- Before the date indicated on your bill each month
- Whenever you receive a text message warning you that you’re approaching your limit
- Where can I find my balance?
Log into your Self Serve account to find the charges billed on your last invoice.
- Can I set up pre-authorized payments?
Yes you can. To ensure monthly payments are received on time you can set up pre-authorized credit payments. Log into your Self Serve account to set it up.
- What is a billed charge?
A billed charge is an amount that has already been processed and appears on your most recent PC mobile monthly bill. These charges can include, but are not limited to, monthly rate plans and add-ons, voice & data stacks, long distance & roaming fees and taxes.
- What is an unbilled charge?
An unbilled charge hasn't yet appeared on your monthly bill. It's the amount that has incurred between billing cycles. These charges will vary and may include charges for US or roaming, and are incremental to your regular charges for your monthly plan.

- Can I re-print my bill?
Yes, you can reprint your bill for free via self-serve or by visiting The Mobile Shop. For a list of kiosks nearest you, click here. You can also call customer service to request a bill re-print but please note a $5 charge will apply.
