I tried to top-up through self serve and was not able to. Can I still recharge my card?

Our President’s Choice Prepaid Long-Distance Calling Cards are no longer being sold and have been discontinued as of September 1, 2023.  Due to this decommissioning, account top-ups or recharging your existing President's Choice Prepaid Long-Distance Calling Card is available only through our call centre until October 1, 2023. You can reach a President’s Choice Prepaid Long-Distance Cards representative at 1-87-PCT-INFO-1 (1-877-284-6361). Any remaining balance on your existing Prepaid Long-Distance Calling Card(s) will remain active until the expiry date or until December 31, 2024.
