When I log in I receive the message, "You cannot access this account because (a) the service is cancelled or (b) your account access approval is pending."

This message may appear because:

  • The account or phone number has been deactivated; or
  • Your Self-Serve access is awaiting Owner or Manager Approval.

Once the Owner or Manager approves your request, you'll be able to log in to Self-Serve. If you have further questions, please call us at 1-855-660-3355 or *611 on your PC mobile phone for assistance.

Why am I being told my username or password is invalid?

This may have happened if you recently reconfirmed information on your account. If so, you'll now need to use the email address and password you set up to log into Self-Serve. Your username will no longer work. If you're still unable to log in, please call us at 1-855-660-3355 for assistance.
