How can I delete my eSIM?

If you want to return, replace, recycle or dispose your device, you may want to delete your eSIM after you cancel or transfer your mobility service to a different device.

Apple iPhone

Follow steps below to delete your eSIM from your Apple device:

  1. Go to Settings.

  2. Tap either Cellular or Mobile Data.

  3. Tap Delete eSIM.

Google Pixel

Follow these steps to delete your eSIM from your Google Pixel phone:

  1. Open your phone's Settings app.

  2. Tap Network & internet and then Mobile network.

  3. Tap SIMs.

  4. Select the eSIM you want to delete.

  5. Tap Delete SIM.

Samsung

Follow these steps to delete your eSIM from your Samsung Galaxy phone:

  1. Go to the home screen. To open the menu, swipe up on the screen.

  2. Tap Settings.

  3. Scroll down. Tap Connections.

  4. Tap SIM manager.

  5. Under eSIMs, tap the eSIM you want to delete.

  6. Tap Remove.
