When do I receive my points?
For your 20,000-point welcome bonus: Points are issued within 2-5 business days after you complete 2 months of service.
For ongoing top-up rewards (5% or 10% back in PC Optimum™ points):
Base 5%: Your points are issued within 2-5 business days after each eligible top-up
Extra 5% (with PC Financial payment): The additional points are issued within 4-6 weeks after each top-up

You can redeem your points at over 4,500 locations across Canada, including grocery stores, pharmacies, gas stations, and online.

How to redeem:
In-store (at cash & self-checkout):
At cash: Simply tell the cashier at checkout that you want to redeem your points and scan your digital or physical PC Optimum™ card or key fob at the register.
At self-checkout: Scan your PC Optimum™ card or key fob and select the amount of points you’d like to redeem.
You can redeem in increments of 10,000 points ($10 value) up to $500 per purchase.
Online:
Shoppers Drug Mart™, Pharmaprix™, and Joe Fresh®: Log in with your PC™ ID. At checkout, you’ll see the option to pay with your PC Optimum™ points.
PC Express™ pickup and delivery: Log in with your PC™ ID and add a note at checkout or during the pre-call prior to receiving your order that you’d like to redeem points with your purchase. Make sure to remind a store colleague and have your physical or digital PC Optimum™ card ready.
You can redeem in increments of 10,000 points ($10 value) up to $500 per purchase.
At the gas pump:
Esso™ and Mobil™ locations: Scan your digital or physical PC Optimum™ card in-store and let the cashier know that you want to redeem your points.
Redeem 4,000 points for 10 cents off per litre (up to 40 litres) or redeem 10,000 points for a free car wash at participating Esso stations. Limited to one redemption at Esso per day.
What is Auto Top-Up?
Auto Top-Up (Auto-Allowance or Allowance) automatically tops up your account, so you never have to worry about forgetting to top up. Simply choose your preferred option and amount, and we’ll charge your credit card, Visa Debit, or bank account automatically.
Bonus: Turn on Auto-Allowance or Allowance and earn extra data every month when you’re on a monthly plan!
Two options to choose from:
Allowance: Tops up your account with a fixed amount on your monthly anniversary date only.
Example: $30 automatically added on the 1st of each month
Offers predictable billing if you only use your plan’s included minutes, texts, and data
Auto-Allowance: Tops up your account with a fixed amount on your monthly anniversary date, PLUS adds funds automatically when your balance drops below your chosen minimum.
Example: $30 on the 1st of each month + emergency top-ups when you’re running low
Ensures you never run out of funds, even if you use add-ons or make calls outside your plan
How it works:
Choose your amount: Select any amount in $5 increments that covers your rate plan (e.g., $20, $25, $30, etc.)
Payment: The full top-up amount plus applicable taxes is charged to your payment method. The full top-up amount (before taxes) is then applied to your PC Mobile account.
Example: If you choose a $20 top-up, you’ll be charged $20 + taxes, and the full $20 is added to your account
Your rate plan charge: Your monthly rate plan fee is automatically deducted from your prepaid balance on your monthly anniversary date.
What should I do if my PC Optimum™ points are missing or incorrect?
If you’ve been a customer for more than two months and haven’t received your PC Optimum™ points, or if the points you received seem incorrect, please contact us. A PC Mobile Representative will investigate the issue and help resolve it as quickly as possible.

1. Automatic Top-up (Auto-Allowance or Allowance) is a preauthorized Top-up program that charges your Credit Card, Visa Debit or Bank Account to Top-up your account right before your Monthly Anniversary date each month. Customers may opt out of Auto-Allowance or Allowance at any time through the My PC mobile (Prepaid) app or by calling our customer service centre at 1-877-284-6361. Auto top-up data bonus will be applied within 48 hours of a successful Automatic Top-up and Total Monthly Charge payment. If the bank account or payment card provided cannot be charged or if you are no longer registered for Automatic Top-up, then the data bonus will not be applied and will be automatically removed from your account.
2. For 5G plans, unlimited calls Canada-wide & to the U.S. are included in your plan. For 4G plans, unlimited calls Canada-wide are included in your plan. Simultaneous calls, such as call waiting and 3-way calling, and voicemail retrieval are included. Additional International long distance rates can be found here.
3. Canada-wide and international texts are included in your plan.
4. Texts sent from Canada include texts sent to Canada, USA, and international places (where available) and do not include texts sent to a landline, roaming, premium text messages, alerts, instant messaging application texts and picture and video messages. Texts received while in Canada include Canada-wide and International Incoming Texts and do not include roaming and premium texts, alerts, instant messaging application texts and picture and video messages.
5. If your data usage in a month exceeds your data allotment, additional data is $0.15/MB. Additional data add-ons can be purchased through My PC mobile (Prepaid) app. Data add-ons are good from purchase date to cycle end date. Data add-ons are a recurring charge and can be removed by turning off this feature in the My PC mobile (Prepaid) app or by calling our customer service at 1-877-284-6361.
6. PC Mobile does not offer international roaming or wifi calling.
7. To be eligible for the PC Optimum 20,000 points offer, new PC customers must activate on an in-market Unlimited Talk and Text plan, complete successful top-up(s), maintain two months of service and complete registration. Your points will be awarded within 2-5 business days.
8. To be eligible for the PC Optimum 5% / 10% back offer, new PC customers must complete successful top-up(s), registration, and activate on an in-market Unlimited Talk and Text plan Existing customers who migrate to an in-market Unlimited Talk and Text plan and top up may be eligible for the offer. All offers may require registration. Get 5% of the value of every Top-Up in PC Optimum points. Your points will be awarded within 2-5 business days. Get 10% of the value of every Top-Up in PC Optimum points when you sign-up to Auto-Allowance or Allowance with your PC Financial MasterCard or PC Money Account. 9. Plans with 4G LTE data speed may reach download speeds of up to 150 Mbps. Plans with 5G data speeds may reach download speeds of up to 250 Mbps. We will send you a text message notifying you when you have used 90% of the data allotment included in your plan, at which point you may choose to upgrade to a price plan with more data. If your data usage in a month exceeds your data allotment with your chosen plan, additional data is $0.15/MB. Data is non-shareable.
5G access is available on select plans and select phones. 5G access requires a compatible phone and a compatible rate plan (even if a 5G symbol appears on your phone). Coverage is approximate, may vary and may not include indoor coverage; see pcmobile.ca/coverage. Speed, performance and whether a 5G phone uses the available 5G network depend on various factors including: your rate plan, topography, environmental conditions, the current serving radio conditions at your location and whether the phone is actively downloading or uploading data.
